BEHIND THE LENS
Fernanda is an adventure Wildlife Filmmaker from Bolivia, graduated in Bristol UK in 2016.
With a bachelor in social communications in 2010, and after 5 years of experience in production and the audiovisual world in Bolivia and Ecuador, Fernanda decides to specialize on what she is passionate about; wildlife and conservation, achieving a Master’s Degree from the University of the West of England in Wildlife Filmmaking.
Her debut, The Healing Lizard, an award winning short documentary, was released on the BBC Earth Unplugged You Tube channel in 2017, as part of their wilderness sessions, capturing thousand of views as well as being a finalist at the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival.
Fernanda is currently working as an Assistant Producer for Plimsoll Productions based in Bristol UK after working 4 years for Icon Films. She is also planning some of her personal projects.
